I have been using John Smith Plumbing for 20 years in this house and before in other homes. This time I have 7 shut off valves replaced under sinks and feel very secure if I ever had to turn one off I could get it turned where as before I could not, old and stuck in place.
Dylyn Maillet did the work, he checked all the valves in the house and replaced what was needed.
I also had the company back a few days later to install a new faucet on the utility sink that was forgotten..this new one actually has handles I can quarter turn unlike the old one it replaced, my hands just could not move them easily it was the original.
in previous work they installed a new higher toilet and replaced a faucet on the outside of the house all working fine with no issues. The company will be called again as needed. Thank You.

I thought I had to get the same person each time, the front office said all the plumbers are experienced and are very professional and she was right. This visit was at my rental property, after doing a great job he showed the Tennant how to turn certain water supplies off and answered all their questions. He kept me in the loop and I now realize that when I John Smith I am calling the best.
